Base salary is ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month plus commissions on every loan successfully closed.

Not mandatory. Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in finance are welcome. Banking/finance experience is an advantage.

Training on loan products, documentation, compliance, and client interaction is provided before onboarding.
